Salmon Patties a La Jane #2

Jane Whittaker

I make salmon patties all the time out of canned salmon. This time I had some salmon that I grilled and there was just the 2 of us, so had some left over.
You could add more or less of whatever you like, I seasoned the salmon in the first place, so didn't add tons of seasonings. You might want to add more mayo if you find the mix too dry.
With this I usually make some home made tartar sauce.
