- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon flour

Step 1mix all ingreds., make into patties. melt butter in skillet and brown patties on both sides.
