I always fixed these for my MOM! She loved these. So easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2----5 oun cans skinless & boneless salmon ( i used chicken of the sea)
  • 1 - egg
  • 4 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make salmon patties

  • Step 1
    Drain salmon well. Put in small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add egg & flour,( salt & pepper,) to your taste. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Put some oil in skillet, to fry them.
  • Step 4
    After mixing well, shape into patties. Fry till golden brown, flip and brown the same way on other side.
