Pan Fry


  • 2----5 oun can(s)
    skinless & boneless salmon ( i used chicken of the sea)
  • 1
  • 4 Tbsp
    self-rising flour
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Salmon Patties


  1. Drain salmon well. Put in small bowl.
  2. Add egg & flour,( salt & pepper,) to your taste. Mix well.
  3. Put some oil in skillet, to fry them.
  4. After mixing well, shape into patties. Fry till golden brown, flip and brown the same way on other side.
