Ingredients
- 2----5 oun cans skinless & boneless salmon ( i used chicken of the sea)
- 1 - egg
- 4 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Drain salmon well. Put in small bowl.

Step 2Add egg & flour,( salt & pepper,) to your taste. Mix well.

Step 3Put some oil in skillet, to fry them.

Step 4After mixing well, shape into patties. Fry till golden brown, flip and brown the same way on other side.
