How to Make Salmon Loaf
- Preheat oven to 300 to 325 degree
Tear bread into small pieces.
- Beat together throughly eggs, mayonnaise, and milk. Add to bread pieces and allow to soak.
- Flake salmon, removing bones if desired. Add to bread mixture and combine.
- Place in well greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 300 to 325 degrees 1- 1 1/4 hours till knife inserted comees out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Invert onto platter and serve.
