This is my Mom's recipe for Salmon Loaf. We ate it frequently when I was a little girl. Alaskan canned salmon used to be cheap. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. We loved it and it was an economical dish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 slices bread
- 2 cans alaskan red salmon
How To Make salmon loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 to 325 degree Tear bread into small pieces.

Step 2Beat together throughly eggs, mayonnaise, and milk. Add to bread pieces and allow to soak.

Step 3Flake salmon, removing bones if desired. Add to bread mixture and combine.

Step 4Place in well greased loaf pan.

Step 5Bake at 300 to 325 degrees 1- 1 1/4 hours till knife inserted comees out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Invert onto platter and serve.
