Salmon Loaf

Debbie Sue

This is my mother in law's recipe, and her three sons love it!!!! So I make this regularly to keep my honey happy! You have to top it with cheese sauce, to make it complete! It's really yummy! Enjoy!

(my mother in law would double the recipe to feed her family)

  2. Mix together, salmon, onions, cracker crumbs, egg yolk, salt, pepper, and scalded milk.
  3. Beat egg white, and fold into salmon mixture.
