How to Make Salmon Loaf
- Turn oven on and set at 350* Break canned salmon up with fork.
- Mix yolks with mushroom soup, and add to salmon. Then add pepper, oatmeal and lemon juice and onion and mix well..
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into salmon mixture. Put into a large bread pan, or casserole dish, and bake for 1 hour or until done.. Enjoy!
