Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon, skinless filets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder or freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon canola oil

Step 1In a sauce pan combine, soy,ginger, toasted sesame, garlic,brown sugar...bring to a slow boil and reduce by half. set aside

Step 2Cut the Salmon into what ever size you like,Sprinkle both sides of the Salmon filets with salt and pepper.

Step 3In a skillet put the butter and oil on med/high...sear the Salmon 3 mins per side..depending on thickness...do the finger test= if soft to med to touch it's done...don't over cook....let rest in pan and pour the glaze on top of each piece...
