How to Make Salmon Fillets Encrusted w/Horseradish
- Mix the breadcrumbs, olive oil, and dill. Add a couple pinches of salt and pepper to taste.
- For easy clean up line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place salmon and top each with a portion of the breadcrumb mixture. You will want to press it into the salmon.
- Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes. You will want the breadcrumbs to be golden brown.
