I have always loved rice syrup and it's got this honey texture but healthier so I thought why not use it instead of honey. The result is something even fish haters love
Melt butter down slowly and then pour in rice syrup 1/2 jar let this blend together on slow heat for a few moments. Once mixture starts to want to bubble place the salmon in and cover.

Give the first side about 10-15 minutes on slow heat once you see a crust on the bottom turn over repeat process. Then in 20 min you have a meal just add rice and a salad
