Recipe found at: ( not me) I have tried it and liked it. Be sure to buy fresh salmon from northern waters. Not farm raised. Sockeye if you can find it, frozen Sockeye is good also. For a real treat.

Ingredients For fresh salmon cooked in the dishwasher

    --4 oz fillets of salmon
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    dried dill to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

How To Make fresh salmon cooked in the dishwasher

    Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap each fillet. Grease one side of foil. Place each fillet on foil, and drizzle a little olive oil on top of each.. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper and dill weed to taste.Then drizzle a bit of lemon juice on each.

    Wrap up the steaks, carefully sealing each packet..tight so no water enters packet. Put on top rack of your empty dish washer and run a full hot cycle.
