12 ozsalmon fillet

3/4 cfinely shredded carrot

1 tspsodium-free chicken bouillon granules

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

1 tspminced italian parsley

1 tspminced chives

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspground white pepper

1/2 cyellow cornmeal

2 Tbspvegetable oil
How to Make Salmon-Carrot Nuggets
- Cube salmon fillet and put in food processor; process until nearly smooth. Transfer to a bowl; add the next 8 ingredients (carrot through white pepper). Stir until well combined. Shape into nuggets. Roll nuggets in cornmeal
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add nuggets; cook about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned
