salmon burgers
I am not a big Salmon fan but these are so very very good. If you like salmon you will really enjoy them.

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet skinned and chopped
- 1/4 cup basil chopped
- 1 cup red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - egg white
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 8 - rolls or french bread sliced to make 4 sandwiches
How To Make salmon burgers

Step 1Cobine the first five ingredients in the blender.

Step 2combine the egg white and the hot sauce and add to the mixture in the blender and pulse.

Step 3Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add salmon patties, and cook until they are done enough for you.

Step 4These can also be done on the grill on foil but be sure to spray with cooking spray. Toast rolls, top with your favorite toppings and serve.
