I am not a big Salmon fan but these are so very very good. If you like salmon you will really enjoy them.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet skinned and chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil chopped
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 8 - rolls or french bread sliced to make 4 sandwiches

How To Make salmon burgers

  • Step 1
    Cobine the first five ingredients in the blender.
  • Step 2
    combine the egg white and the hot sauce and add to the mixture in the blender and pulse.
  • Step 3
    Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add salmon patties, and cook until they are done enough for you.
  • Step 4
    These can also be done on the grill on foil but be sure to spray with cooking spray. Toast rolls, top with your favorite toppings and serve.
