I found canned salmon at the store today and decided to create a quick salmon burger recipe. It doesn't get any easier than this!

Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon - separated
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs - italian style
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
How To Make salmon burgers

Step 1drain and separate the salmon from the bones/skin. Most canned salmon has small bones and skin which are edible, but I don't like them.

Step 2sprinkle with enough bread crumbs to cover, about 1/2 cup.

Step 3add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly with your hands until it forms a ball.

Step 4add garlic salt and mix again.

Step 5form into patties.

Step 6cook in a pan on medium heat in a little olive oil until the outside is brown and lightly crispy.
