I found canned salmon at the store today and decided to create a quick salmon burger recipe. It doesn't get any easier than this!

  • 1 can(s)
    pink salmon - separated
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs - italian style
  • 2
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How to Make Salmon Burgers


  1. drain and separate the salmon from the bones/skin. Most canned salmon has small bones and skin which are edible, but I don't like them.
  2. sprinkle with enough bread crumbs to cover, about 1/2 cup.
  3. add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly with your hands until it forms a ball.
  4. add garlic salt and mix again.
  5. form into patties.
  6. cook in a pan on medium heat in a little olive oil until the outside is brown and lightly crispy.
