I've had this recipe in my recipe file for many years. If you love Indian spices - you'll love this roasted salmon. The yogurt mixture is a great accompaniment with it's cool flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. salmon fillets (about 1" thick)
- cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
How To Make roasted indian-spiced salmon fillets

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Coat a roasting pan with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, in the roasting pan.

Step 3Brush evenly with lemon juice. Combine 1/2 tsp salt and remaining spices and sprinkle evenly over fish.

Step 4Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested. Combine yogurt and cilantro - serve along side fish.
