Ingredients
- 1 filet - red snapper, redfish or tilapia
- 1 - egg, beaten for drenching
- 1 cup milk, 2%, mix well with egg in bowl
- 1 cup flour ( dry ingred in qt or gal size baggie)
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning or seafood seasoning
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 package panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon evo or spray pay with oil

Step 1Rinse fish under clear water, pat dry. Add seasonings to flour in a quart baggie, then coat fish in quart size baggie

Step 2dip coated fish in egg and milk wash, then redip in seasoned flour baggie

Step 3in panko japanese bread crumbs ( one filet per 1/2 pkg) coat the floured fish filets.

Step 4place in oiled sprayed tin foil lined pan and bake til fork shows white firm fish. Approx 10 mins at 350, preheated toaster or conventional oven

Step 5serves well with brown rice and 3 bean salad for taste and texture contrasts.

Step 6May use same technique for shrimp
