Ingredients

1 filetred snapper, redfish or tilapia

1egg, beaten for drenching

1 cmilk, 2%, mix well with egg in bowl

1 cflour ( dry ingred in qt or gal size baggie)

1/2 tspitalian seasoning or seafood seasoning
-
1 dash(es)salt and pepper
-
1 pkgpanko bread crumbs

1 Tbspevo or spray pay with oil
How to Make Red snapper, baked with taste of fried for 2
- Rinse fish under clear water, pat dry. Add seasonings to flour in a quart baggie, then coat fish in quart size baggie
- dip coated fish in egg and milk wash, then redip in seasoned flour baggie
- in panko japanese bread crumbs ( one filet per 1/2 pkg) coat the floured fish filets.
- place in oiled sprayed tin foil lined pan and bake til fork shows white firm fish. Approx 10 mins at 350, preheated toaster or conventional oven
- serves well with brown rice and 3 bean salad for taste and texture contrasts.
- May use same technique for shrimp
