Quick & Easy Shrimp Creole

Note: I buy frozen chopped onion, peppers and celery called southern blend if I am to lazy to do all the chopping.
Ingredients

1 cchopped onion
-
1bell pepper chopped
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 colive oil
-
8 oztomato saue
-
15 ozdiced tomatoes
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper
-
·hot sauce to taste
-
1 lbcleaned, peeled and deveined shrimp
-
·cooked rice
How to Make Quick & Easy Shrimp Creole
- Cook onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add the tomatoes, sauce water and spices.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add additional water if needed. Heat to a boil.
- Stir in shrimp and cook for an additional couple of minutes until shrimp is no longer translucent.
- Serve over rice.
