Ingredients
- 6 cups milk
- 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen corn
- 1 - 9 oz pkg frozen peas
- 2 pounds catfish, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1-1/2 cup dried instant mashed potatoes

Step 1In a lg pot over med-high heat, combine all ingredients except potato flakes. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 mins. Stir in potato flakes. Simmer 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
