Ingredients

1 kg or 2lbs wild salmon
c
1/2 cup good honey
c
1/2 cup of your favorite mustard
1 or 2 cedar planks

How to Make Planked Honey Mustard Wild Salmon

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix Honey and Mustard together
  • 2Place Salmon on cedar planks.Take a fork and put fork holes into Salmon
  • 3Spread mixture on Salmon to cover, Refrigerate for 20 MIN
  • 4Remove from refrigater and place in oven or on the grill. Bake for 20 min at 350 deg or until cooked to your liking. ( old rule of thumb was 10min. per inch )
