·1 kg or 2lbs wild salmon

c1/2 cup good honey

c1/2 cup of your favorite mustard

·1 or 2 cedar planks
How to Make Planked Honey Mustard Wild Salmon
- Mix Honey and Mustard together
- Place Salmon on cedar planks.Take a fork and put fork holes into Salmon
- Spread mixture on Salmon to cover, Refrigerate for 20 MIN
- Remove from refrigater and place in oven or on the grill. Bake for 20 min at 350 deg or until cooked to your liking. ( old rule of thumb was 10min. per inch )
