Ingredients

416oz pike fillets, ( make shure y bone is removed)

1/4 Tbspsalt and pepper
-
1egg white
-
1/4 cmayonnaise, light
-
1/4 Tbspdill seed
-
1/4 Tbsponion juice
-
1/4 tsplemon juice
How to Make Pike Puffs
- pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper.
add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice. - spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
