How To Make pike puffs
pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper.
add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice.
spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
