Ingredients
- 4 - 16oz pike fillets, ( make shure y bone is removed)
- 1/4 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 1 - egg white
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1/4 tablespoon dill seed
- 1/4 tablespoon onion juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make pike puffs

Step 1pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper. add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice.

Step 2spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
