Got this recipe from friends in Wisconson when my famly went each year when i was younger.
easy to do. Great flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4
    16oz pike fillets, ( make shure y bone is removed)
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise, light
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    dill seed
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    onion juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Pike Puffs

Step-by-Step

  1. pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper.
    add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice.
  2. spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
