Got this recipe from friends in Wisconson when my famly went each year when i was younger. easy to do. Great flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 - 16oz pike fillets, ( make shure y bone is removed)
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt and pepper
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1/4 tablespoon dill seed
  • 1/4 tablespoon onion juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

How To Make pike puffs

  • Step 1
    pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper. add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice.
  • Step 2
    spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
