Got this recipe from friends in Wisconson when my famly went each year when i was younger.
easy to do. Great flavors.

Ingredients

4
16oz pike fillets, ( make shure y bone is removed)
1/4 Tbsp
salt and pepper
1
egg white
1/4 c
mayonnaise, light
1/4 Tbsp
dill seed
1/4 Tbsp
onion juice
1/4 tsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper.
add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice.
2spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
