These Maryland-style crab cakes are prepared the same way they are made in all Phillips Seafood Restaurants. Heavy on the crab meat, light on the filler, they are REALLY good!

Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat (phillips refrigerated preferred)
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
How To Make phillips restaurant crabcakes

Step 1Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Gently fold in the crab meat. Shape into cakes.

Step 2Pan fry until golden brown or bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes.
