- 3 tablespoons nayonnaise

- - dash of pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons oil to pan fry
How To Make perfect salmon patties

Step 1Drain salmon tho0roughly, flake with a fork in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except oil and mix well. Form into patties. Add oil to frying pan and heat to medium high heat. Fry patties unril golden brown on both sides. Makes 4 servings.
