Record breaking heat again today! Going to grill some salmon. This makes enough for a small army (well, a 10 lb fillet) Our family likes to eat salmon this way!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter
1
red onion, minced
4 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
soy sauce, low sodium
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/2 c
brown sugar splenda, firmly packed (1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c splenda
1/2 c
lemon juice, fresh
1 c
peach jam (i use smuckers simply fruit yummm)
1/2 c
red wine vinegar
10 lb
salmon fillet (or 2 pieces for bob and i)

How to Make PEACH BBQ SAUCE FOR SALMON

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grill inside (for winter) or outside
  • 2Combine all ingredients for sauce in a large sauce pan.
  • 3Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for 1/2 hr or till slightly thickened.
  • 4Brush fish generously for BBQ, repeat several times.
  • 5Pass extra for serving. Our little ones like this fish too!
