peach bbq sauce for salmon
Record breaking heat again today! Going to grill some salmon. This makes enough for a small army (well, a 10 lb fillet) Our family likes to eat salmon this way!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - red onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar splenda, firmly packed (1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c splenda
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup peach jam (i use smuckers simply fruit yummm)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 10 pounds salmon fillet (or 2 pieces for bob and i)
How To Make peach bbq sauce for salmon

Step 1Grill inside (for winter) or outside

Step 2Combine all ingredients for sauce in a large sauce pan.

Step 3Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for 1/2 hr or till slightly thickened.

Step 4Brush fish generously for BBQ, repeat several times.

Step 5Pass extra for serving. Our little ones like this fish too!
