PEACH BBQ SAUCE FOR SALMON

Ingredients

1/2 cbutter
-
1red onion, minced

4 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 csoy sauce, low sodium

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1/2 cbrown sugar splenda, firmly packed (1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c splenda

1/2 clemon juice, fresh
-
1 cpeach jam (i use smuckers simply fruit yummm)

1/2 cred wine vinegar
-
10 lbsalmon fillet (or 2 pieces for bob and i)
How to Make PEACH BBQ SAUCE FOR SALMON
- Grill inside (for winter) or outside
- Combine all ingredients for sauce in a large sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for 1/2 hr or till slightly thickened.
- Brush fish generously for BBQ, repeat several times.
- Pass extra for serving. Our little ones like this fish too!
