WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR MY TILAPIA DINNER N I HAVE HEARD ABOUT PARM CRUSTED TILAPIA. BUT I ADDED RANCH MIX N ADDED MORE FLAVA WITH A BIT OF HEAT...DELISH ;)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dip mix, dry
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopd fine
  • 2 large tilapia fillets

How To Make parmesean n ranch crusted tilapia fillets

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 LINE BAKING PAN WITH FOIL
  • Step 2
    IN A PLATE COMBINE PARM CHEESE, RANCH DIP MIX, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER N CHOPD PARSLEY.
  • Step 3
    IN A SMALL DISH COMBINE BOTH OILS N BRUSH ON BOTH SIDES OF TILAPIA FILLETS.
  • Step 4
    PRESS EACH OILED FILLET INTO PARMESEAN MIXTURE FLIP N PRESS OTHER SIDE ... PLACE ON FOILD LINED BAKN PAN REPEAT WITH OTHER FILLET. BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES N UNTIL TILAPIA FLAKES EASILY...ENJOY :)
