- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dip mix, dry
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopd fine
- 2 large tilapia fillets

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 LINE BAKING PAN WITH FOIL

Step 2IN A PLATE COMBINE PARM CHEESE, RANCH DIP MIX, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER N CHOPD PARSLEY.

Step 3IN A SMALL DISH COMBINE BOTH OILS N BRUSH ON BOTH SIDES OF TILAPIA FILLETS.

Step 4PRESS EACH OILED FILLET INTO PARMESEAN MIXTURE FLIP N PRESS OTHER SIDE ... PLACE ON FOILD LINED BAKN PAN REPEAT WITH OTHER FILLET. BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES N UNTIL TILAPIA FLAKES EASILY...ENJOY :)
