This is by far one of my favorite meals I have ever cooked. I have three kids and they devoured the fish at dinner. So it is definitely a great family dinner. I paired this with a garlic mashed potato and garlic-buttered asparagus.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pounds tilapia fillets, thawed
How To Make parmesan encrusted tilapia

Step 1preheat broiler to 500 degrees. Grease pan or line with foil.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except fish. Mix well and set aside.

Step 3Arrange fillets in a single layer on pan. broil on top rack for 2-3 minutes flip and repeat on other side. Remove from oven. Cover the fillets with parmesan mixture and place back in the oven. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is lightly browned.
