This is by far one of my favorite meals I have ever cooked. I have three kids and they devoured the fish at dinner. So it is definitely a great family dinner. I paired this with a garlic mashed potato and garlic-buttered asparagus.
1preheat broiler to 500 degrees. Grease pan or line with foil.
2In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except fish. Mix well and set aside.
3Arrange fillets in a single layer on pan. broil on top rack for 2-3 minutes flip and repeat on other side. Remove from oven. Cover the fillets with parmesan mixture and place back in the oven. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is lightly browned.
