I came up with this recipe, because my family loves tilapia and the fish can be quite bland, so I had all the right ingredients to make it more flavorful.

- 2 pounds tilapia
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make pan seared tilapia with spicy pineapple salsa

Step 1Cut each tilapia piece in half.

Step 2In a large bowl put all the ingredients, combine well, place fish pieces and coat well, marinade in fridge 30 mins.

Step 3In a hot non-stick pan, cook 3 mins each side, don't overcrowd pan, maintain hot... top with my Spicy Pineapple Salsa (recipe posted)
