Ingredients For pan seared salmon

  • 1 lb
    salmon filet cut in 4
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary sprigs (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh ginger (minced)
  • 4 Tbsp
    chicken stock
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper julienned
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper julienned
  • 1 md
    yellow bell pepper julienned

How To Make pan seared salmon

  • 1
    In a large saute pan saute salmon skin side down first for about 3 minutes in olive oil.On med heat.

    When salmon starts to brown turn over and add the rosemary and ginger and saute for 1 minute and add the julienne peppers and saute for 2 minutes.

    Then add the chicken stock and simmer for 1 minute. The flavores blend together so well.
