How to Make Pan-fried tilapia fillets
- 1In bowl, stir together panko crumbs, salt, paprika, thyme, pepper and parsley. In another bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.
- 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat until hot. Dip each fish fillet into mayonnaise-mustard mix, then coat on all sides w/ crumb mix.
- 3Gently place fillets in skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 4 min each side.
