panko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
paprika
1/8 tsp
dried thyme
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
dried parsley
1/3 c
spicy brown mustard
2 Tbsp
canola oil

tilapia fillets
1/3 c
light mayonnaise

How to Make Pan-fried tilapia fillets

Step-by-Step

  • 1In bowl, stir together panko crumbs, salt, paprika, thyme, pepper and parsley. In another bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat until hot. Dip each fish fillet into mayonnaise-mustard mix, then coat on all sides w/ crumb mix.
  • 3Gently place fillets in skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 4 min each side.
