Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 6 - tilapia fillets
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
How To Make pan-fried tilapia fillets

Step 1In bowl, stir together panko crumbs, salt, paprika, thyme, pepper and parsley. In another bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat until hot. Dip each fish fillet into mayonnaise-mustard mix, then coat on all sides w/ crumb mix.

Step 3Gently place fillets in skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 4 min each side.
