I found this recipe on the A.A.R.P. web site, hope it works and I hope it's good.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 24 large fresh red seedless grapes
  • 16 large shrimp {jumbo}, peeled & deviened
  • 8 - skewers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How To Make pain relief recipe

  • Step 1
    Combine honey,vinegar,and 1/2 of salt in a non-stick skillet over med. heat. Cook for 4 min.,until bubbly & thick.Remove from heat & stir in red pepper flakes. keep warm.
  • Step 2
    Starting & Ending w/ a grape, alternately thread grapes {3 total}& shrimp {2 total} on each skewer. Sprinkle w/ the remaining salt.
  • Step 3
    Brush a large non-stick grill pan or cast-iron skillet w/ ! tsp. of the oil. Place the pan over med.-high heat until it is very hat but not smoking. Arrange the skewers in the pan & cook, basting with the remaining oil & turning frequently, until the shrimp are cooked on all sides,about 4 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Transfer the skewers to a serving platter. Drizzle w/ the sauce @ serve hot.
