How To Make pacific coast salmon on the bbq
-
Step 1Rinse the filet under water and tap to dry the excess water. Sliced lemon and place them on aluminum foil to form the size of the filet. Sit the filet on top of the lemon slices. Spread Miracle Whip on the filet. Add seasonings and close the foil over making like a tent so it doesn’t touch the Miracle Whip and seasoning.
-
Step 2Transfer on the BBQ and cook at 450ºF for 15 minutes or until the filet is flaky.
