Ingredients
- 8 cups bread cubes or corn bread cubes
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1-1/2 cup chopped celery
- 8 ounces oysters and their juices, chopped
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
How To Make oyster stuffing

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg casserole dish lightly w/ cooking spray. In small saucepan, heat milk, butter and oyster liquid until hot.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine bread cubes, celery, onion, spices and chopped oysters. Add hot liquid to bread mix. Stir to combine.

Step 3Spoon mix into casserole dish. Bake 1 hr.
