Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna (oil or water)
- 2 slices good italian bread
- 1-2 - tomatoes sliced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 pinch each celery salt, pepper,dried oregano & basil
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- - grated or slices mozz cheese or italian blend
- - olive oil
How To Make openface italian tuna melt

Step 1Drain and mix tuna with, mayo, celery salt & oregano. Place bread on baking dish, top with tuna mix. Add sliced tomato sprinkle with oregano then parm and mozzerella. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake on 375 til cheese melts about 7min.

Step 2Also great topped with pepper rings.
