black olives, chopped
tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp
1/2 c
olive oil
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
pita bread rounds

feta cheese crumbles

How to Make Open Faced Healthy Tuna Melt


  • 1In medium bowl combine tuna, onion, olives, tomato and parsley.
  • 2Add olive oil and vinegar and toss to coat.
  • 3Mound onto pita and top with feta cheese.
  • 4Place under broiler and cook until cheese is melted.
  • 5Serve hot.
