Ingredients

  • 1 can flaked white tuna, drained
  • 1 - red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 - tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • - pita bread rounds
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles

How To Make open faced healthy tuna melt

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl combine tuna, onion, olives, tomato and parsley.
  • Step 2
    Add olive oil and vinegar and toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Mound onto pita and top with feta cheese.
  • Step 4
    Place under broiler and cook until cheese is melted.
  • Step 5
    Serve hot.
