    flaked white tuna, drained
  • 1
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    black olives, chopped
  • 1/2
    tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • ·
    pita bread rounds
  • 1/2 c
    feta cheese crumbles

How to Make Open Faced Healthy Tuna Melt


  1. In medium bowl combine tuna, onion, olives, tomato and parsley.
  2. Add olive oil and vinegar and toss to coat.
  3. Mound onto pita and top with feta cheese.
  4. Place under broiler and cook until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot.
