oh oh company's coming crab mini's
Company just called, they will be over in a bit!! Don't panic, just make these mini's!! These are so good, easy to make and an incredible fresh taste!! Calling for basic ingredients you have on hand starting with refridgerated biscuits. Your guests will never know how easy they are to make!! You'll have time to pretty yourself up and greet them at the door with drinks on hand!!

Ingredients
- CRAB FILLING
- 1 can crab - drained
- 1 stick celery finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons chopped green onion (or grated white onion if don't have any in the house)
- 2 - squeezes of either lemon or lime juice
- - pinch of sugar
- - pinch of pepper
- BISCUITS
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (jarred is fine)

Step 1Unroll biscuits and place on cookie sheet. Melt butter in the microwave, add garlic powder, parsley and incorporate. Baste top of biscuits with butter mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake according to directions. I took mine out at 8 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, as biscuits are baking; Open up your can of crab and drain, place in a bowl. Add your mayonnaise, the horseradish and the celery, stir.

Step 3Add your parsley, lemon/lime juice, pinch of sugar and pepper. Stir to incorporate and chill till ready to use.

Step 4Biscuits should be ready at this point. Take out of oven and let cool. Go make yourself presentable :-)

Step 5Cut biscuits in half. Place about 2 tsps or so of crab mixture onto bottom half of biscuit. Top with top biscuit, secure with toothpick and place on platter. Grab a glass of wine, put on your happy face and answer the door!!
