How to Make My smothered Halibut, or Salmon or Cod
- Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Lay your fish of choice on a foil lined baking sheet or dish and cover with Prepared Sauce. Don't skimp smother it.
- Bake inpreheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on size of fish portion. I usually serve with a veggie or salad.
