Mom would make the patties ahead of time and individually wrap them and freeze.
Then when she wanted one she could toss in a little fry pan with a little Pam spray.

  • 14 3/4 oz
    canned pink or red salmon
  • 3
  • 3/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp

How to Make My Mom's tasty Salmon Patties


  1. combine all ingredients pat them as if you were making a hamburger patty
    May like to chill for a firmer mixture or add more crumbs, panko or whatever You prefer
  2. drop in a preheated fry pan sprayed with Buttery Pam
  3. Very quick and economical. Splash with a little more lemon and tartar sauce mine is made with mayo, mustard and catsup
