Mom would make the patties ahead of time and individually wrap them and freeze. Then when she wanted one she could toss in a little fry pan with a little Pam spray.

  • PATTIE INGREDIENTS
  • 14 3/4 ounces canned pink or red salmon
  • 3 - egg
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard

How To Make my mom's tasty salmon patties

  • Step 1
    combine all ingredients pat them as if you were making a hamburger patty May like to chill for a firmer mixture or add more crumbs, panko or whatever You prefer
  • Step 2
    drop in a preheated fry pan sprayed with Buttery Pam
  • Step 3
    Very quick and economical. Splash with a little more lemon and tartar sauce mine is made with mayo, mustard and catsup
