Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 small red chili (optional)
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 - 6 oz. filets of whiting (can use cod)
- 12 ounces sliced tomatoes
- 2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced (or your choice of color)
- salt & pepper
- freshly chopped cilantro to garnish
How To Make moroccan-style fish

Step 1Combine the garlic, cumin, paprika, tomato puree and lemon juice together and then spread the mixture over each piece of fish.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate the fish for approximately 30 minutes.

Step 3Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and arrange half of the tomato spices and peppers in an oiled baking dish. Place the fish on top of the tomatoes and peppers. Add remaining tomatoes and peppers on top of the fish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the fish is tender and flaky.

Step 4Garnish with the chopped cilantro (or parsley if you wish)
