This is a recipe that I have been making for years and came out of my sister's employee cook book. It really is quite good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound any kind of firm white fish
- 1 tablespoon onions, minced
- 10 3/4 ounces can cream shrimp soup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 30 - oyster crackers or saltines
- 1/2 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make mock lobster

Step 1Place fish in a buttered baking dish.

Step 2Sprinkle with onions, cover with soup.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Step 4Crush crackers, and mix with melted butter, add worchestershire sauce abd garlic powder.

Step 5Sprinkle over fish and cover.

Step 6Bake 10 minutes more
