Ingredients

  • 4
    salmon straks
  • 1/2 c
    dry vermouth
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon jiuce
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp
    sage
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley

How to Make MARINATED SALMON

Step-by-Step

  1. Comvine all ingredients except salmon. Marinate salmon in mixture for 2-3 hours. Broil or grill salmon, basting often for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
