Ingredients
- 2 cups no yolk noodles, dried
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms.
- 1 cup frozen broccoli stir-fry veggies
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz reduced-fat can, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper each
- 1 - 6 oz can water-packed tuna. drained, flaked
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
How To Make low-fat tuna casserole.

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray, set aside. In lg saucepan, cook noodles, mushrooms, stir-fry veggies and onion in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain, return to pot. In bowl, stir together soup, milk, dill, salt & pepper. Stir into noodle mix. Fold in tuna. Spoon mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 25 min. Uncover, sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cook 5 min, uncovered.
