lobster salad
There is quite a bit of controversy about this New England classic. This is my version, and I have taken liberties with it by adding celery, onion,lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cooked lobster meat, coarse chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper or to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
How To Make lobster salad

Step 1Chop the lobster, onion and cellery, add seasonings and mayo, cover and chill.
