  • - 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • - 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • - 1 clove garlic,minced
  • - 8 ounces med shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • - 1 tablespoon day sherry
  • - 8 oz bean sprouts

  • Step 1
    ADD NOODLES TO BOILIND WATER;COOK ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS UNTIL TENDER BUT STILL FIRM,2 TO 3 MINUTES.DRAIN NOODLES;RINSE UNDER COLD RUNNING WATER. DRAIN.

    COMBINE NOODLES AND SESAME OIL IN LARGE BOWL; TO COAT.

    CUT ENOUGH CHIVES IN 1-INCH PIECES TO MEASURE 1/2 CUP; SET ASIDE.COMBINE OYSTER SAUCE,SOY SAUCE,SUGAR,AND PEPPER IN SMALL BOWL.
