How to Make Lemon Butter Salmon
- 1In a small skillet,saute garlic in butter.
Whisk in the lemon juice,salt,pepper, and pepper sauce.
Transfer 2/3 cup to a serving bowl; set aside
- 2Place salmon in a greased 15' x 10" x 1' baking dish.
Drizzle with the remaining lemon butter.
Broil 4-6" from the heat for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.with a fork.
Serve with the reserved lemon butter
- 3IDEA..... Dress up Lemon Butter Salmon by adding a 4oz package of salad shrimp to the remaining lemon butter then spoon over the salmon before serving.
