Finally made a simple salmon for my son to approve....
How to Make Lemon/Butter Salmon
- 1cut the salmon filet in 3 portions, salt & pepper each side lightly.
- 2place in a oil sprayed baking dish, zest 1 lemon and sprinkle on top...then cut and squeeze the lemon evenly on salmon...drizzle the melted butter
- 3top with sliced lemons, cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 20 mins...or until slighty firm to the touch.
