Finally made a simple salmon for my son to approve....

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon, skinless filet
- 2 - lemons
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- - salt/pepper to taste
- - parsley to top
- - cooking spray
How To Make lemon/butter salmon

Step 1cut the salmon filet in 3 portions, salt & pepper each side lightly.

Step 2place in a oil sprayed baking dish, zest 1 lemon and sprinkle on top...then cut and squeeze the lemon evenly on salmon...drizzle the melted butter

Step 3top with sliced lemons, cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 20 mins...or until slighty firm to the touch.
