How to Make Lemon/Butter Salmon
1cut the salmon filet in 3 portions, salt & pepper each side lightly.
2place in a oil sprayed baking dish, zest 1 lemon and sprinkle on top...then cut and squeeze the lemon evenly on salmon...drizzle the melted butter
3top with sliced lemons, cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 20 mins...or until slighty firm to the touch.
