Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- SAVE LIQUID FROM SALMON
How To Make jean’s salmon patties

Step 1Gather ingredients.

Step 2Add baking powder to salmon liquid.

Step 3Pick through salmon to take out bone pieces.

Step 4Add egg and mix well.

Step 5Add flour and baking powder/salmon juice mixture in two parts. Mix well.

Step 6I use wax paper to make Salmon patties on. Add a little olive oil to your skillet. Cook patties on medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.
