jazzed up - mackerel mike's style
This humble Mackerel is a much underrated fish.It is sustainable and cheap as chips.Mackerel is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, selenium and vitamin b-12.Its moist, its meaty and doesn't fall apart when barbecued or grilled. I had Indian friends visiting from abroad and wanted to shock and delight them with my jazzed up Mackerel..."Mikes Style"!
