- or less, italian herb blend (not salad dressing mix!)
- 2 Tbsp

How to Make Italian Tilapia
- 1If frozen, unwrap Talapia Filets and place into bowl or dish in a single layer. Let defrost 5 minutes. It will defrost very quickly.
- 2Heat olive oil in large,non-stick saute or frying pan. Place filets into hot oil, being careful not to cause oil to spatter. Sprinkle herbs onto filets. Turn after 2 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining herbs.
- 3Cover pan and continue to cook for 2 to 2/12 minutes. Serve immediately. I serve the fish with rice pilaf made with vegetable broth and garbanzo beans. Yum.
