I had an herb sampler in small packets from Spice Hunter. I used their Salt-free Italian Seasoning to make this very easy, delicious main dish. Halibut is also a good choice.

Ingredients
- 4 - talapia, filets
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon or less, italian herb blend (not salad dressing mix!)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make italian tilapia

Step 1If frozen, unwrap Talapia Filets and place into bowl or dish in a single layer. Let defrost 5 minutes. It will defrost very quickly.

Step 2Heat olive oil in large,non-stick saute or frying pan. Place filets into hot oil, being careful not to cause oil to spatter. Sprinkle herbs onto filets. Turn after 2 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining herbs.

Step 3Cover pan and continue to cook for 2 to 2/12 minutes. Serve immediately. I serve the fish with rice pilaf made with vegetable broth and garbanzo beans. Yum.
