Ingredients
- 1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter, melted
- 4 - salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
How To Make honey mustard roasted salmon

Step 1Combine all ingredients except salmon in a plastic bag or non-metallic dish. Add salmon pieces and turn several times to coat all sides.

Step 2Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate to marinate, preferably overnight. Turn several times.

Step 3Remove salmon from marinade and bake, grill, barbeque, or broil until just cooked in the center.

Step 4Baste several times with the remaining marinade if desired. Discard any unused marinade.
