Preferred method of cooking is baking. If you choose to broil, grill or barbeque watch carefully. The sweetness of the marinade can cause the outer crust to burn easily.

  • 1/4 c
    stone-ground mustard
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    cooking wine
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    coarse black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic butter, melted
  • 4
    salmon fillets (6 oz. each)

How to Make Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon


  1. Combine all ingredients except salmon in a plastic bag or non-metallic dish. Add salmon pieces and turn several times to coat all sides.
  2. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate to marinate, preferably overnight. Turn several times.
  3. Remove salmon from marinade and bake, grill, barbeque, or broil until just cooked in the center.
  4. Baste several times with the remaining marinade if desired.
    Discard any unused marinade.
