Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter, melted
  • 4 - salmon fillets (6 oz. each)

How To Make honey mustard roasted salmon

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except salmon in a plastic bag or non-metallic dish. Add salmon pieces and turn several times to coat all sides.
  • Step 2
    Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate to marinate, preferably overnight. Turn several times.
  • Step 3
    Remove salmon from marinade and bake, grill, barbeque, or broil until just cooked in the center.
  • Step 4
    Baste several times with the remaining marinade if desired. Discard any unused marinade.
