Preferred method of cooking is baking. If you choose to broil, grill or barbeque watch carefully. The sweetness of the marinade can cause the outer crust to burn easily.

stone-ground mustard
1/4 c
1/4 c
cooking wine
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
coarse black pepper
2 Tbsp
garlic butter, melted
salmon fillets (6 oz. each)

How to Make Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon


  • 1Combine all ingredients except salmon in a plastic bag or non-metallic dish. Add salmon pieces and turn several times to coat all sides.
  • 2Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate to marinate, preferably overnight. Turn several times.
  • 3Remove salmon from marinade and bake, grill, barbeque, or broil until just cooked in the center.
  • 4Baste several times with the remaining marinade if desired.
    Discard any unused marinade.
  • 5Calories per serving: 441; Protein 37.2 grams; Fat 21 grams; Carbohydrates 21.5 grams
