Ingredients
- 6 ounces 4 pieces of wild salmon (it is important that you pick wild salmon and not farm raised)
- 1 tablespoon trocomare or any other mixed spice blend that you like.
- 1 teaspoon tarragon, dried
- 1 teaspoon coriander crushed seeds
- 1 1/2 small lemons juiced
- 2 tablespoons pasture raised butter (if you can not get this any butter will do)
