Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat angel hair pasta
- 4 cups clenaned baby spinach leaves
- 1-/12 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth, or you could use white wine
- 1/4 cup low-sodiume chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make healthy garlic shrimp

Step 1Cook pasta as directed and drain. Return to pot. Stir in spinach, tomatoes and 2 tsp oil. Cover.

Step 2In lg skillet, heat 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Add onion, cook 1 min. Add shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring for 2 mins.

Step 3Stir into skillet, the broth, or wine plus the other broth, salt and pepper. Cook, until shrimp is pink. Remove from skillet. Stir in parsley and butter until butter is melted. Add whole mix to pasta and toss to mix.
