Healthier Salmon Cakes
8 ounce can(s)salmon, wild caught
1 Tbspcoconut flour, oraganic
1 Tbsplime juice
1egg, omega-3, cage free, organic
·sea salt & black pepper, to taste
1 Tbspmustard, any type
1 Tbspcoconut oil
How to Make Healthier Salmon Cakes
- Mix all ingredients except coconut oil in a bowl and mix well, form into 4-patties.
- Heat coconut oil in pan, place the Patties in the hot oil and cook for approximately 4-minutes on each side.
- Serve with vegetables of your choice. I like topping them with grilled onions.
