healthier salmon cakes
I love Salmon cakes anytime, if your a fan of Salmon and want a healthier version this is the recipe for you. Some may not be a fan of coconut oil but it doesn't taste like it, and it's low in calories and healthier. I grew up on my Mama's she made everything from scratch I miss her and these remind me of hers. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 8 ounce cans salmon, wild caught
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour, oraganic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 - egg, omega-3, cage free, organic
- - sea salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon mustard, any type
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
How To Make healthier salmon cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients except coconut oil in a bowl and mix well, form into 4-patties.

Step 2Heat coconut oil in pan, place the Patties in the hot oil and cook for approximately 4-minutes on each side.

Step 3Serve with vegetables of your choice. I like topping them with grilled onions.
